Finding Neck and Back Pain Relief in the Heart of Memorial City

If your daily commute takes you along Interstate 10, if you work in one of the towers lining the Katy Freeway corridor, or if you live in one of the established neighborhoods west of the 610 Loop, you are already navigating one of Houston's most dynamic and fast-moving professional environments. The demands of that lifestyle have a way of showing up in your spine before they show up anywhere else — and when they do, we are right here.

CORE Chiropractic's Memorial City location at 10497 Town and Country Way, Suite 100 sits at the center of one of Houston's most significant employment and residential corridors — minutes from the Air Liquide Center complex, CityCentre, Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, and the dozens of corporate campuses that line the Katy Freeway between Beltway 8 and Bunker Hill Road.

We are the chiropractic office that the professionals, families, and residents of west Houston have been trusting with their spinal health — and we bring the same standard of care that has earned CORE Chiropractic the Houston Chronicle's Best Chiropractor recognition four years in a row.

Serving Memorial City and the Neighborhoods Around It

Memorial City is one of Houston's most significant regional employment centers — more than 8.3 million square feet of office space, over 47,000 employees, and a residential community that surrounds the district in every direction with some of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the city. Our location on Town and Country Way puts us at the geographic center of that community and within easy reach of the professionals and families who make this part of Houston home.

We see patients daily from Memorial, Spring Branch, Hedwig Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point Village, and the established neighborhoods tucked between Interstate 10, Memorial Drive, and Beltway 8. We serve the professionals working in the Air Liquide Center towers at 9807 and 9811 Katy Freeway, the Murphy Building, the CityCentre office campus at 800 Town and Country Boulevard, and the dozens of corporate firms that have built their Houston operations in the Memorial City submarket. We also see a significant number of patients from the Energy Corridor — the professionals working along the I-10 corridor west of Beltway 8 for whom our Memorial City location is the most convenient high-quality chiropractic option inside the loop.

If your zip code is 77024, 77079, or 77055 — or if your daily life revolves around the Town and Country Way and Katy Freeway intersection — CORE Chiropractic - Memorial City was built for you.

What We Treat at Our Memorial City Location

At CORE Chiropractic - Memorial City, we deliver the full spectrum of corrective chiropractic care that the CORE brand is built on — beginning with a thorough consultation, on-site digital X-rays taken in a standing weight-bearing position, and a treatment plan built around the specific mechanics of your spine rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

The conditions we treat most frequently at this location reflect the realities of professional and family life in the Memorial City corridor:

Neck pain and tech neck are among the most common presentations we see from the corporate professionals of the Memorial City district. The combination of long commutes on I-10 — one of the most congested stretches of highway in the United States — and sustained forward head posture at a monitor creates a daily cycle of cervical loading that compounds over months and years into genuine structural problems.

Lower back pain and sciatica affect a large percentage of the desk-working population in this corridor, particularly professionals in the energy, engineering, and financial services firms that anchor the Memorial City employment base. Prolonged sitting, poor ergonomic setups, and the physical demands of commuting in heavy traffic are a predictable recipe for lumbar spine dysfunction.

Tension headaches and cervicogenic headaches are conditions we treat with consistently strong outcomes at our Memorial City location. The vast majority of chronic headaches in corporate professionals have a cervical origin that has never been properly identified — and when the structural cause is found and corrected, the improvement is often dramatic and lasting.

Herniated and bulging discs are addressed through our non-surgical spinal decompression therapy, which gently creates space between compressed spinal segments and has helped many of our Memorial City patients avoid surgery and reclaim their quality of life without invasive intervention.

PEMF therapy is available at our Memorial City location for patients whose chronic pain, nerve involvement, or inflammatory patterns require support beyond what adjustments and decompression provide alone. PEMF works at a cellular level to reduce inflammation, support tissue healing, and address the physiological environment of chronic pain — making it a powerful complement to the structural corrections we are making with every care plan.

HEIT therapy — High Energy Inductive Therapy — is also available at this location for patients with complex or long-standing conditions that require deeper tissue penetration than standard PEMF provides. HEIT generates an electromagnetic field significantly more powerful than conventional PEMF, stimulating healing at a cellular level in tissues that have been compromised by chronic injury, degeneration, or nerve damage.

Posture correction and spinal rehabilitation are built into every care plan we deliver at Memorial City. For the professionals and families of this corridor, correcting the spine without addressing the postural patterns and daily habits that loaded it is a temporary fix at best. We give every patient the exercises, ergonomic guidance, and practical tools to protect their spine long after their active care plan is complete.

Why CORE Chiropractic Memorial City

West Houston has no shortage of healthcare options. What it has had a shortage of — until CORE — is a chiropractic office that combines the diagnostic precision of on-site digital X-rays, the treatment depth of spinal decompression and advanced therapies, and the clinical commitment to finding the root cause of your pain rather than managing your symptoms indefinitely.

The professionals working along the Katy Freeway corridor and the families of Memorial, Spring Branch, and the Villages deserve a chiropractic office that holds itself to the same standard they hold everything else in their lives to. That is what we built at 10497 Town and Country Way.

We have same-week appointments, transparent pricing, in-network insurance with most major carriers, and a team that is genuinely invested in getting you better. If your spine has been asking for attention and your schedule has been the reason you haven't acted on it, we are designed to fit into the life you already have — not ask you to rearrange it.
