When even relatively short walks resulted in neck, shoulder and lower back pain, I found I was taking too many NSAIDS for the pain. I wasn't sure if I needed to turn to an orthopedic specialist or a chiropractor for relief.
After lengthy research, I decided to seek treatment from Dr. Philip Cordova. After an exam and x-rays, he explained the cause of the pain and suggested a treatment plan. After only one adjustment and therapy session, I felt instant relief! I'm about halfway through my treatment plan and am able to walk a lot more with no pain and without pain meds.
