Your first visit at CORE is $97. Put down $29 now and we'll hold your time. The remaining $68 is due when you arrive. Your first visit includes: initial consultation, initial examination, any necessary x-rays, your first adjustment, and your first additional therapy (spinal decompression or PEMF).
Why we ask for a deposit
New patient visits take longer than a regular appointment. We block off real time for your consultation, exam, and digital x-ray analysis. Since time blocked with the doctor is limited and online scheduling is so convenient, we've had large percentage of patients not show for their appointments. When someone doesn't show, that slot sits empty and the person who wanted it goes on a waitlist. The deposit keeps that from happening.
How it works
- Your $29 comes off the total, so you'll owe $68 at the front desk
- If you are using health insurance, the amount will be applied to any co-pays, deductibles or insurance portions owed if that's your preference.
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Need a different day? Call or text us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll move you to any future date that works. You get one reschedule at no additional charge.
- Cancel, reschedule, or no-show inside that 24 hour window and the deposit stays with us. You're welcome to book again with a new $29 deposit
- Please remember to complete your new patient paperwork prior to your arrival to make sure you are seen on time - not completing your paperwork may cause unnecessary delays. You should have been texted and emailed a link.

Questions people ask
What if something comes up the morning of?
We get it, life happens. But the slot is already gone at that point, so the deposit doesn't carry over. Book again whenever you're ready.
Can I reschedule twice?
No. One move with 24 hours notice. After that you'd start fresh with a new deposit.
How long is the reschedule good for?
As long as you need. Pick any future date on the calendar when you call.
How do I reach the office?
Call [PHONE]. We're open Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 6:00 and Friday 8:00 to 1:00. If you're outside those hours and your appointment is tomorrow, leave a voicemail with the time stamp so we have it on record.
Do I pay the rest online?
No. You'll take care of the $68 when you check in.
