We opened CORE in 2006 with one office and one rule we've never bent: nobody gets adjusted here until we've actually looked at their spine. Twenty years and more than 40,000 patients later, we're running three offices with nine chiropractors, and the rule still holds at every one of them.
The offices sit in Galleria, Greenway Plaza, and Memorial City. Same exam, same digital x-ray, same report of findings, whichever one you walk into. The only real question is which drive you'd rather make.
Most of our patients are working through something that started at a desk. Neck pain that shows up around 3pm. A low back that locks up on the drive home. Sciatica that makes the last hour of a workday miserable. That means the office you pick usually comes down to whichever one you can get to and back from without blowing up your afternoon.
Galleria is our largest office and has five chiropractors on staff, which means it has the most give in the schedule. If you need early morning or late afternoon slots, or you want to be seen the same week you call, this is usually your best shot. Most patients here come from Uptown, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Briargrove, and Highland Village.
Greenway Plaza is built for the towers. We're on Richmond, a few minutes from the complex, so you can leave your desk, get treated, and be back before your next meeting instead of burning half a day of PTO on it. The office also draws from Upper Kirby, West University, Bellaire, the Museum District, and Montrose.
Memorial City sits right off I-10 near the hospital campus, which makes it the easy one for anybody driving in from the west side. Energy Corridor, Spring Branch, Bunker Hill, Hedwig Village, and the Katy commute all land here without much detour.
GALLERIA
Our original office and still our biggest. Five chiropractors work out of this location, so it carries the widest range of appointment times and the shortest typical wait for a new patient exam. It's a few minutes off Post Oak, tucked on Saint James Place just south of San Felipe, which keeps you out of the worst of the mall traffic.

GREENWAY PLAZA
This is the office built around the workday. Most of the people we see here walked over from a desk, usually with something that's been building for months. A neck that stiffens up by mid-afternoon. A low back that complains every time they stand out of a chair. Because we're only a few minutes from the Greenway Plaza towers, a visit fits into a lunch break instead of costing you half a day. We also see plenty of patients from Upper Kirby, West University, Montrose, and Rice Village. Dr. West and Dr. Castillo run this location, and Dr. Castillo sees patients in English and Spanish.

MEMORIAL CITY
Our west side office, on Town and Country Way near the Memorial City hospital campus. The I-10 access is what makes this one work. If you're coming from the Energy Corridor or driving in from Katy, you're off the freeway and parked in a couple of minutes. Dr. Siegmund and Dr. Caballero see patients here, and Dr. Caballero speaks English and Spanish.
